QuickRecipes provides AI-assisted recipe generation based on photos you submit. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App's content

3. User Content

By uploading photos or other content to QuickRecipes, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QuickRecipes — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, and generated recipes — are owned by QuickRecipes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickRecipes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the recipes generated will be accurate, safe, or suitable for any particular dietary need or allergy.

Always verify recipes and ingredient safety independently, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickRecipes and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from reliance on generated recipes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to QuickRecipes at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the App, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of QuickRecipes after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
